Referee Payments: HOME TEAM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING REFEREE FEES EVEN IS HOME AND AWAY WAS SWAPPED THE ORIGINIAL TEAM THAT WAS THE HOME TEAM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT.
